What to include
- The app name.
- Your device model, iOS version, and app version.
- A short description of what happened and what you expected.
- Steps to reproduce the problem, if you know them.
- Screenshots, screen recordings, or receipt details if helpful.
Billing and refunds
Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple. For refunds, use Apple's refund flow or the purchase history associated with your Apple ID. You can still email support if you are unsure which app or purchase is involved.
Privacy and data
For privacy requests, use the subject line "Privacy request" and include the email address you used to contact support. We may ask for verification before acting on a request.
