Julio Pliego ("Developer", "we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy applies to all current and future iOS, iPadOS, macOS and visionOS applications published under the developer account "Julio Pliego" (collectively, the "Apps").
1 No Data Collection
We do not collect, store, track, transmit, or share any personal data ourselves. All core processing (for example document scanning, OCR, or QR-code decoding) is performed locally on your device.
Some ad-supported Apps integrate Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may receive certain device information (such as your advertising identifier, approximate location, and interaction data) for the sole purpose of delivering and measuring ads. We do not have access to this information and we do not combine it with any other data.
2 Device Permissions
Some Apps may request access to certain device capabilities (e.g. Camera or Photo Library) purely to deliver the core functionality you expect. Permission prompts are presented by iOS and are entirely optional; functionality that relies on a permission will be disabled if you choose not to grant it.Permission access is used in real time and the resulting data never leaves your device.
3 iCloud & Local Storage
If an App offers iCloud synchronisation, all content is stored within your personal iCloud accountand is end-to-end encrypted by Apple. The Developer cannot access, read, or manage any such data. If iCloud is disabled, all data remains solely on the device in Apple-managed application storage.
4 Third-Party Services
Ad-supported Apps use Google AdMob to serve advertisements. AdMob may collect device identifiers for advertising (IDFA), approximate location, ad-interaction metrics, and other usage data as described in the Google Privacy Policy.
All data collection is controlled by Google and governed by your device settings. You can opt-out of personalised advertising in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising or by resetting your device's advertising identifier.
Apart from AdMob, our Apps do not integrate any analytics SDKs, external databases, or other third-party tracking technologies.
5 Children's Privacy
The Apps are rated 4+ and are suitable for all ages. Because no data is collected, the Apps are fully compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar regulations.
6 Your Control
- Delete the App at any time to remove all locally stored data.
- Disable iCloud for an App in iOS Settings → Apple ID → iCloud if you want data kept only on-device.
- You are not required to create an account or provide any personal details to use the Apps.
7 Changes to This Policy
If our practices change in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and revise the Effective Dateabove. The updated policy will be available at https://julio-pliego.com/privacy and within the Apps' settings (where applicable).
